• With your explicit consent, sessions may be transcribed, recorded, and/or analyzed using AI tools for supervision, quality improvement, or coaching purposes. I may also take notes during or after sessions to support your coaching progress.
• Any session notes, recordings, AI-generated content or transcriptions are treated as personal data and handled according to this Privacy Policy.
• You may opt out of AI processing, transcription, recording, or session notes at any time without affecting your access to coaching services.
• Session notes, recordings and AI outputs are stored securely and only for the period necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
