These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Ioana-Constantina Comsa (‘I,’ ‘me,’ or ‘my’).
Note: “Working days” refers to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Acceptance of Terms of Service
By using my website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. You also agree to my Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect, use, and protect your information.
Services
I provide coaching services, which may include one-on-one sessions, group coaching, workshops, or online resources. The content provided is for informational and personal growth purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek support from a qualified professional or emergency services.
Service Structure and Delivery
- Services can be booked as single sessions or in packages of multiple sessions.
- Services are delivered via video call, phone, or other agreed methods.
Duration:
- Single sessions duration can be 1 hour, with a maximum of 2 hours if agreed in advance.
- Package sessions are usually 1 hour each.
I reserve the right to modify the service structure or delivery method if necessary, and will communicate any changes in advance to affected clients.
Booking
- Sessions must be booked at least 2 working days in advance.
- Bookings can be made at the end of each session or by email, WhatsApp or Cal.com.
- Time slots are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Prices and Payment
Payment must be made by bank transfer or in cash at least 2 working days before each scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change; current pricing will always be communicated directly:
- Single sessions: Prices can change at any time.
- Packages: Prices are fixed at the time of purchase and will not change for the duration of the package.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made before the payment is due, which is at least 2 working days before the scheduled session (as stated in the Prices and Payment section).
- If payment has already been made, please contact me directly to discuss available options.
- If payment is not received at least 2 working days before the scheduled session (as outlines in the Prices and Payment section), the session may be cancelled or rescheduled at my discretion.
- If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund if applicable.
Refunds
- Payments for single sessions are generally non-refundable.
- For packages, once the first session of a package has been attended, the package payment is non-refundable.
- No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable and the session will be considered used.
- Coach-initiated cancellations: If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund for that session.
- Exceptional circumstances: Refunds or credits may be considered at my discretion in extraordinary situations.
Termination
- By the client: You may terminate our coaching agreement at any time by providing at least 2 working days notice. Please contact me directly to discuss the termination and any outstanding sessions or payments.
- By the coach: I reserve the right to terminate our coaching agreement or refuse future sessions at my discretion, for example if I believe the coaching relationship is not suitable, if there is a breach of these Terms of Service, or for any other reason.
- Effect of termination: Upon termination, any outstanding payments for sessions already scheduled or attended remain due. Any sessions paid for but not yet attended may be handled according to the Refunds and Cancellations and Rescheduling sections.
- Ongoing obligations: Termination of the coaching agreement does not affect any obligations that survive termination, including confidentiality and intellectual property protections.
Communication
- You can contact me via email, WhatsApp or Cal.com to schedule a session or ask questions about my services.
- You can also contact me via social media, but only for general inquiries about my services or to follow my content.
- Any phone call or video call outside of scheduled sessions must be agreed upon in advance.
- I aim to respond to any written enquiries within 2 working days between 09:00 and 21:00 (UK time).
Confidentiality
Your personal information and session content are kept confidential.
Exceptions apply:
- If disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
- Professional supervision: I may discuss aspects of my work with a qualified supervisor, as is standard in professional practice. These discussions are anonymised, and supervisors are bound by strict confidentiality.
Recording, Session Notes, and AI Use
- Clients may not record sessions (text, audio or video) without my explicit consent.
- I may take session notes for coaching purposes and, with your consent, record or transcribe sessions using AI for supervision or quality improvement.
- You may opt out of AI use, recording or session notes, and this will not affect your access to coaching services.
- Unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution of session content or notes may result in termination of services.
Limitations of Liability
- By using my services, you agree that I am not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions you take as a result of my services.
- Coaching is a collaborative process; results depend on your commitment and actions.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided (documents, worksheets, guides, videos) are owned by me and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.
Third-Party Links
My website may include links to third-party websites. I am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to Terms
- I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
- Continued use of my website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of these jurisdictions.
